Had my one year a couple of days ago. Feeling kinda cool 😎😎 Things keep falling into place just as long as you show up and are sober. It’s weird, sometimes boring, but overall 10/10

Is it just me but after joining AA (and immersing myself in the BB and a spiritual experience), I find myself regretting what I was. I do feel I am a different person now but what of that phase?

I never thought I'd make it out. But now I create art every time I get a trigger and I've made 30 paintings in the last two months. I promise you will find your way out and ways to channel the desire.

As simple as this infographic looks, these are important things to focus on during recovery. And if you just focus on these few things daily, the triggers are way easier to fight.
